Front Desk Receptionist | Director Of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)

Texarkana Area | $15.00+ per hour | Full-Time

Schedule:

• 30+ hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Position may work at HealthCARE Express clinics throughout the Texarkana area, including locations in both Texas and Arkansas

At HealthCARE Express, we believe every patient experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors. That's why we're looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.).

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a positive, welcoming experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, providing great customer service, and jumping in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

You'll greet patients, answer incoming calls, verify insurance and demographic information, collect payments, scan documents into patient charts, maintain accurate records, and work closely with providers and clinical staff to help patients have a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.

Previous medical office experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
