Duties

Compute data, through the use of reports or charts using statistical methods to summarize results.

Investigate customer complaints and deficiency reports, provide identification of causes to appropriate authorities.

Monitor calibration programs to ensure test and measurement equipment receives regular scheduled maintenance.

Utilize sampling inspection or intensive product inspection techniques, to ensure products comply with requirements prior to acceptance.

Brief management with detailed explanatory material on problems and irregularities, and propose solutions and supporting documentation.

Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of quality/inspection systems, including sampling plans for weapons systems/vehicles and associated equipment.
