Security ReceptionistWe are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and clients at a corporate facility in Dallas, TX.This position combines front desk reception responsibilities with security-related administrative duties. The Security Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing access procedures, maintaining visitor records, answering phones, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and secure environment at all times.The ideal candidate is polished, organized, technology-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReception & Visitor ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all visitors, guests, clients, and employees.Greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.Verify visitor information and follow site access procedures.Provide directions and assistance to guests and employees as needed.Administrative SupportAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.Monitor and manage shared email inboxes as assigned.Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling, and administrative projects.Support site leadership with routine administrative tasks.Maintain organization of reception and front desk areas.Security SupportSupport access control and visitor management procedures.Maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.Report unusual activity, security concerns, or operational issues to management.Follow site policies, procedures, and security protocols.Maintain confidentiality regarding company and visitor information.Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and employees.Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.Resolve routine issues independently while escalating concerns when appropriate.Represent the company positively through professional interactions and appearance.Minimum QualificationsMust be 21 years of age or older.Valid Driver's License required.High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, customer service, administrative, or front desk experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to maintain professionalism in a corporate environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Technical SkillsMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft TeamsWindows Operating SystemsEmail and calendar managementData entry and recordkeeping systemsStandard office equipment and technologiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to remain seated or standing for extended periods.Ability to use computer systems and office equipment throughout the shift.Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.Ability to assist visitors and move throughout the facility as needed.What We're Looking ForProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong customer service focusExceptional attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliability, dependability, and professionalismConfidence working with visitors, employees, and executivesWhy Join Us?Monday through Friday scheduleCompetitive pay at $25.00 per hourProfessional corporate environmentOpportunity to support a high-profile facilityCareer growth and development opportunities
