Duties HelpPerform various tasks associated with the pass system.Prepare, issue, and maintain control and accountability of pass requests for temporary and permanent military and civilian personnel, official visitors, and contractor employees.Conduct pass procedure inspections at Red River Army Depot.Provide information, direct calls or visitors to other organizations according to information/action desired, exercising tact, courtesy, alertness and good judgment in carrying out public contacts.Operate an electronic typewriter, word processor, microcomputer, or computer terminal, using standard typewriter style keyboard with additional function keys, to prepare a variety of narrative and tabular material from rough draft.
