Certified Nurse Aide

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care and support to residents, including incontinence care and mobility assistance
• Promote resident dignity and independence while maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with our established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Certified Nurse Aide will also be responsible for reporting concerns and observations to the nursing team and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents
