Dismantle, clean, repair, replace, install, maintain, design, assemble and lubricate mechanical equipment, safety equipment, air, including hydraulic and pneumatic systemsPerform repairs, emergency repairs, installations and inspection workInspect plant equipment for defects such as misalignment, wear, insufficient lubrication, etc.Determine the best way of making repairs to minimize interruption of productionAdvise when immediate shutdown of equipment is necessary to minimize damage or when temporarily continued operation will have no harmful effectDismantle, inspect, repair, replace or adjust faulty parts as requiredAssemble, align and fit bearings and shafts, involving the application of press, sliding and running fitsPerform layout work, make sketches as required of parts and equipmentCalculate and determine dimensions, tapers and other data using formula and handbooks as necessaryRecord repairs and drawing changes, parts used appropriatelyInstall and repair all types of pipelines and fittings, including pneumatic and hydraulicPerform routine maintenance welding as requiredClean work area and equipment, and observe all safety regulationsExperience At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.Experience in hydraulics, equipment alignment, troubleshooting, machine preventative maintenance practices required.Benefits Benefits include major medical (BCBS), Delta dental and vision, company sponsored basic life insurance and short-term disability.
