Fulfillment Team | Shipping Specialist

We make over 250 products sold worldwide with a staff of over 200 employees. It is our goal to provide the highest quality products made with trustworthy ingredients that empowers every individual to live a healthy, fulfilling life.

About the Position:

Rowe Casa is looking to add to our fulfillment team! As a member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring that customers products are quickly picked, carefully packed, and promptly shipped with care. This is a full-time position that rotates Monday through Saturday and is located at our facility in New Boston, TX.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Picking products from the stock shelves to fulfill orders
• Scanning products within order to ensure accuracy
• Wrapping and boxing the order to ship

Key Skills:

• Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated
• Works well under pressure
• Understanding of a shipping environment
• General knowledge of using a computer
• Safety minded
• High attention to detail
• Good attitude and a team player

Qualifications:

• Have an understanding of mailing/shipping packages
• Able to recognize and sort packages accordingly
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a shipping environment.
