Responsibilities

The Chief Financial Officer at Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center will be responsible for:

• Managing the Medical Center's financial resources.
• Supervising and coordinating functions and reimbursement, budget, patient accounting and general accounting, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable and cashiering.
• Recommending budget planning guidelines to Board of Directors
• Coordinating preparation of current operating and capital budgets for the Medical Center and Clinics
• Presenting hospital-wide budgets to CEO for review and Board approval.
• Participating with leaders from the governing body, management, medical staff and clinical areas in planning, promoting and conducting organization-wide Performance Improvement activities.

Qualifications

Candidate must have Healthcare Finance Experience.
