Brookdale Senior Living - 4204 Moores Lane - Responsibilities: Keep community buildings and grounds in top condition and perform regular maintenance; Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents; Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal and building inspectors; Ensure work complies with federal, state, local regulations and company policies
