A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, implement, and administer AI-enabled and other legal technology tools to improve efficiency across the legal functionAct as a technical and operational partner to the General Counsel by managing implementations and driving adoption of toolsTrack and manage the lifecycle of commercial contract negotiations, ensuring visibility and timely executionRequired QualificationsExperience in legal operations, contracts management, or a related role (strongly preferred)Working knowledge of legal technology tools and ability to engage technically with vendors and internal teamsExperience implementing or administering CLM systems or AI-assisted legal tools (nice to have)Familiarity with procurement, privacy, or compliance workflows in a fast-moving organization (nice to have)Curiosity and a desire to learn about emerging legal technologies and AI-enabled tools
