• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Maintain supportive follow-ups to nurture interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Ensure accurate and timely entries in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you establish, the interviews that follow, and the hires resulting from your leads
