A company is looking for a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer.Key ResponsibilitiesReview patient records accurately and timely at OASIS timepoints including SOC, ROC, Recert, Transfer & DischargeCommunicate with internal and agency clinical staff as needed via EMR notes, MS Teams, or emailMaintain professional knowledge through continuing education and participate in internal or external agency meetingsRequired QualificationsCertification in Home Health Coding requiredCertification in OASIS requiredMinimum of 5 years recent coding, OASIS, and plan of care review experienceKnowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, medical terminology, and compliance guidelinesExperience with Epic Hyperspace strongly preferred
