A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant - Bilingual (English/Spanish).Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Mortgage Banker by serving as the primary liaison among customers, internal operations support, realtors, and title companiesManage the Mortgage Banker pipeline and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure timely loan closuresPrepare mortgage applications and disclosures, and provide exceptional service to borrowers and realtors/buildersRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredFluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, required1+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant or ProcessorProficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
