A company is looking for a NAM Customer Experience Training Leader to coordinate and optimize training programs across multiple Customer Experience functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead needs assessments and translate findings into practical training requirementsManage planning, timelines, and communication for training deploymentsEnsure training materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, Operations, or related field5+ years in training and development or training program managementExperience leading learning needs assessments and building recommendationsStrong program/project management skills, preferably in multi-site or cross-functional environmentsExperience managing instructional designers or content teams
