A company is looking for a Pilot Implementation Specialist to guide internal teams and stakeholders through the pilot process in K-12 education.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent and cohesive pilot implementations by maintaining a unified process and communication with stakeholdersDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of pilotsCollect and analyze pilot data to assess effectiveness and prepare summary reports for decision-makingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferredFive or more years of experience in K-12 education or edtech, including roles in administration or project managementProven success in leading large-scale initiatives in K-12 settingsDeep understanding of K-12 infrastructure, including LMS and digital curriculum integrationStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
