A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Lead to support a transformation initiative within its Personal Lines business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of a manual billing and collections process for Personal LinesPartner with internal stakeholders to map current-state and future-state workflowsCollaborate with a remote offshore team responsible for executing billing and collections activitiesRequired QualificationsExperience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, ideally within Personal LinesStrong background in billing and collections operationsExperience with process mapping, workflow design, or process improvementAbility to work cross-functionally with distributed teams, including offshore partnersBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred
