A company is looking for a Wind Project Engineer Lead to oversee the technical vision and execution of utility-scale wind projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of processes to ensure quality and integrity in wind project designOversee design and risk management for Balance of Plant infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teamsMentor and develop the Wind Project Engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field12+ years of experience in the energy industry, with at least 8 years in wind engineeringDeep understanding of wind power plant design and experience with wind turbine systemsProven experience in supporting EPC, TSA, and Owner's Engineering contract negotiationsProficiency with tools such as Global Mapper, AutoCAD, and/or ArcGIS
