A company is looking for a Mechanical/Piping Designer.Key ResponsibilitiesGather field notes, survey data, design inputs, and engineering schematics to develop complete drawing packagesSet up drawings with appropriate sheets, title blocks, notes, and details, applying knowledge of typical site layoutsUtilize 3D modeling software to generate designs for industrial facility projects and produce accurate 2D drawings from 3D modelsRequired Qualifications5-10 years of advanced AutoCAD experiencePreferred experience with Plant 3D or CADworxAssociate degree or completion of related technical school courses or equivalent experience preferredAbility to self-manage workload and supervise a small design teamStrong organizational skills to complete projects within budget
