A company is looking for a NQE Pricing Specialist to manage the pricing and rate-lock process for Non-QM mortgage loans.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Non-QM rate lock desk, including issuing confirmations and tracking expirationsAssess and price exception scenarios while collaborating withCredit and Underwriting teamsAnalyze loan-level risk characteristics and ensure compliance with pricing standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred3+ years of experience in Non-QM pricing or rate lock desk operationsAdvanced experience with Non-QM guidelines and borrower risk evaluationExperience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue and LoanSifterFamiliarity with Encompass loan origination system
