A company is looking for a Plan Document Specialist to translate complex health plan designs into clear, compliant documents.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and maintain plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and benefit summariesProduce regulatory materials such as Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) and Summary of Material Modifications (SMM)Ensure regulatory alignment and validate plan accuracy by reviewing internal documentation and responding to inquiries from various teamsRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent in a related fieldExperience in a similar rolePrior experience with self-funded health plan development and implementation (preferred)Knowledge of Federal Health Care LawsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
