We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Field Marketing Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is Fully Remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $25-$30/hour to start
Duration: 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week; fully remote with up to 10% travel

Job Overview:
The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer engagement and demand generation through the development and execution of targeted marketing programs. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create strategic initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and support overall business growth. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and events to generate demand and support sales objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities and build strong, productive relationships
• Monitor campaign performance, manage communications, and optimize marketing programs based on data-driven insights

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in technology marketing required; experience with SLED and Enterprise markets is a plus
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships with sales teams and partners, with demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical marketing skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of deliverables
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
