- Experienced SuccessFactors Learning lead
- Responsible for designing, developing, and solutioning to integrate the LMS (Learning Management System) with various systems and platforms.
- Design and develop integration solutions, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Lead the design and development of integration solutions to connect the LMS with other systems and platforms, such as HRIS, CRM, and third-party applications
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration solutions, including interface specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical teams and developers during the implementation process - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions, and work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure successful integration and functionality
