This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! Even better, this position is a remote hybrid schedule where attorneys have the ability to work remotely from home part of the week! Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 5 years of Trucking Litigation experience! Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Illinois bar, and a proven track record in: General Liability / Personal Injury Defense litigation involving Commercial Vehicle accidents ! Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end; A self-starter capable of handling a full case load; Experience handling mediations and taking depositions; Embracing and developing client relationships; Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients; Excellent verbal and written skills; and Accurately report time.
