Highspot is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist to

manage our North American leave programs. You will serve as the initial point of contact for all

leave-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless coordination with external leave vendors and a

supportive experience for our employees in the United States and Canada.

This is a contract position focused on maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy in

payroll, and employee experience

Work Location: US - Remote

Hours: Mon to Fri, regular business hours PST
