About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to arrange travel plans, ensuring every detail is handledwith care. From flights and hotels to activities and transportation, you'll help create smooth, enjoyable travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage travel bookings including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Research destinations and provide tailored recommendations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and travel needs.
• Ensure accuracy of travel documents and itineraries.
• Provide exceptional service and timely support before, during, and after trips.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Prior travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
