Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Associate to support clients while managing incoming requests and coordinating service details in a remote environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy taking ownership of their work, staying organized,and guiding clients through a structured process. You will play a key role in helping ensure each clients experience is handled smoothly from start to finish.
In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel-related services and supporting clients throughout the planning and booking process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Take ownership of client requests and follow them through to completion
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling, and updates
Provide clear guidance and next steps to clients
Maintain organized records and track progress of requests
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client interactions
Support a smooth and structured customer experience
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently
Confident communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities
Self-motivated with a dependable work style
Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
Interest in travel and working with clients is a plus
