Job Description
The primary goal of the Sales Enablement Manager at W. W. Norton is to assist the College Sales team to sell more effectively and efficiently by providing cohesive, comprehensive, and ongoing training of sales techniques and company systems. The Sales EnablementManager is part of the College Operations Department, reporting to Lara Hrabota, Director of College Operations. They work across all teams in the College division, and work heavily with the Sales Management team. The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for directly managing the Sales & Sampling Coordinator.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Regularly Update and add to the Norton Training Course
  • Design and implement the Sales Proficiency Training Program
  • Run the Sales Internship Program in coordination with Katie Incorvia
  • Coordinate the Salesforce Trailblazers
  • Coordinate Regional Trainers & Recruiters
  • Host & implement 2nd year Training in NYO
  • Build & deploy Sampling Guide yearly/ Host Sampling Guide Lift Off
  • Coordinate New Traveler Training Mock Calls & Salesforce Training
  • Work with approximately 4 travelers on campus each term
  • Serve on Technology & Systems Group
  • Coordinate across teams to implement sales efficiencies
  • Build & deploy training as needed for new system enhancements

Experience and Skills
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in College Sales.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • High marks on Level 1 Proficiencies and mid-point for Level 2 Proficiencies.
  • Strong working knowledge and demonstration of regular strategic use of Salesforce.
  • Employment eligibility to work with W.W. Norton & Company in the US is required.
  • Must be able to work full business hours.
  • BA/BS degree and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel by both car and airplane. Some overnight stays are necessary for campus visits, sales conferences, training, and/or professional development.
Compensation and Benefits*

Currently available benefits include:
  • Annual compensation for this position is $80,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus. All salaries and salary ranges posted by Norton may vary depending on experience, skills, location, and like considerations.
