In this role, you will partner with public sector organizations across the U.S. to drive adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes through the implementation of modern software development and DevSecOps practices. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating organizational goals into actionable plans, guiding teams on technical workflows, and helping customers maximize the value of their technology investments. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, provide proactive support, and ensure customers realize ongoing value while staying current on product updates. The role offers a fully remote, U.S.-based work environment and a high degree of autonomy with a strong focus on impact and measurable results.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with U.S. public sector customers to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive technology adoption and business outcomes
  • Guide customers on best practices for Git workflows, CI/CD, and DevSecOps to enhance efficiency, security, and collaboration
  • Manage the customer journey, including onboarding, adoption of new features, and continuous enablement initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services
  • Own a defined book of business, focusing on increasing adoption, retention, growth, and overall satisfaction
  • Monitor and communicate key metrics, customer feedback, and adoption trends to inform improvements and decision-making
  • Use project management skills to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensure timely delivery of success programs
Requirements:
  • Eligibility as a United States Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) in line with public sector requirements
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role with a focus on adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, software development lifecycle, and development pipelines
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps principles and their practical application in technology adoption
  • Ability to manage multiple public sector accounts, balancing priorities across stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with openness to learning and applying new knowledge
