Responsibilities
Insight Global is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end‑to‑end proposal development for assigned RFPs supporting its mission‑critical communications infrastructure business. This role owns the proposal process, including kickoff facilitation, win theme development, timeline and task management, and coordination with cross‑functional subject matter experts. The Bid Manager is responsible for writing, editing, proofreading, and ensuring full compliance with all RFP and RFQ requirements while managing multiple concurrent bids. Responsibilities also include allocating proposal sections, coordinating pricing inputs, and overseeing desktop publishing and document control using MS365 tools. The position reports to the Director of Bid Management and requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to deliver high‑quality, on‑time submissions.

This is a six‑month remote contract role within the United States, offering an hourly rate of $38–$42 with benefits and access to a 401k while on contract. If interested please apply today!
