Christus Health - - Responsibilities: Provide sitter services for the patient who requires continuous observation; Monitor patients to ensure safety and report to nurse or charge nurse if patient attempts to leave bed or engage in dangerous behavior; Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to diffuse violent situations; Communicate with the patient care team by obtaining and providing shift reports; Assist under the supervision of a licensed professional in off-floor procedures as needed
