Requires experience in marketing, design, or creative content development

• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop and execute marketing deliverables targeted to employers and members that support profitable membership growth and retention
• Design and develop creative content across digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, email, social media, and digital campaigns
• Support the concepting and execution of marketing campaigns, from initial idea through final production
• Recommend actions to improve content and design based on campaign performance
• Create and manage visual assets for media, video, presentations, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and high design quality
• Edit and adapt creative assets for different channels, formats, and audiences

• Maintain brand standards and ensure all materials meet quality, accessibility, and design guidelines

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

• Stay current on Cross branding, digital best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve creative output

Preferred strong visual design skills with an eye for detail
Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
Preferred experience with video editing

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
