Our client is seeking a Manager of On-sites to oversee and elevate the performance of their on-site staffing partnerships across multiple client locations. This is a leadership role focused on people management, operational consistency and performance optimization. This is a critical role in driving success across diverse, fast-paced environments while supporting and growing a team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor 8–10+ direct reports, with team growth expected.
• Provide guidance on employee relationships issues and conflict resolution.
• Train on systems, best practices and operational standards.
• Oversee multiple on-site programs ensuring consistency across locations.
• Participate in QBRs with clients, acting as a strategic partner driving client satisfaction and program success.
• Analyze key metrics such as attrition rates, productivity, time to fill and overall site performance.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and risk mitigation practices.
  
  

What You Need

• On-site experience, preferably across multiple locations. Experience with high volume, light industrial clients is a must.
• Proven ability to manage, coach and develop teams.
• Comfort working with data, reports, and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Ability to travel moderately to new and existing client sites.
