What You'll Be Doing
Perform general plant cleanup, housekeeping, and material handling to support safe and efficient operations.
Assist with maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and equipment support.
Operate mobile and plant equipment as trained and assigned.
Monitor material flow and communicate issues to ensure consistent production.
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily production goals.
What Are We Looking For
Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain situational awareness.
Capability to perform physical tasks such as shoveling, lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to learn equipment operation and support plant maintenance activities.
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability.
Comfort working in an industrial environment with shifting priorities.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to work at heights, on uneven terrain, and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and equipment; bend, kneel, stoop, and reach as job duties require.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
