Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a primary point of contact for customers. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of service. The role requires adherence to established schedules and service levels within a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate and appropriate information to callers.
  • Place outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls as required.
  • Complete call guides, gathering and verifying necessary information.
  • Adhere to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames.
  • Maintain call center scheduling to ensure telephone coverage during hours of operation.
  • Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions.
  • Perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.

Experience: Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience.

Skills:
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions.
  • Ability to meet professional standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous call center experience is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
