You will support core operations by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth day?to?day project activities. Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience supporting business or project operations in a professional setting
- Experience reviewing agreements, cost estimates, or financial documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; exposure to enterprise systems is a plus
- Serve as a key point of coordination between project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Organize and maintain project documentation, communications, and performance metrics
- Support project planning by helping define scopes, timelines, and work structures
- Track budgets and expenses, comparing actuals to forecasts and identifying risks
- Assist with contract and proposal reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Document and improve business processes to support consistent project execution
