COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Pay: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible Shifts: Hybrid Schedule. Work In Office Monda-Thursday. Remote work on Friday's if appropriate.

JOB SUMMARY The Scheduling Coordinator is pivotal in maintaining strong client and caregiver relationships, ensuring a "best in homecare" experience for all involved. This role involves matching caregivers to clients, assisting in the referral process, and some hands-on field work when necessary. The Scheduling Coordinator must maintain a positive demeanor, effectively multitask, and uphold the company's vision, mission, and values in a high-functioning office environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Client & Caregiver Matching: Ensure accurate and effective matching of caregivers to clients, maintaining high standards in service delivery.
- Scheduling: Coordinate the day-to-day activities of caregivers, ensuring proper scheduling and service continuity.
- Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers, clients, and management to evaluate and enhance service quality.
- Documentation: Keep up-to-date and complete records in Wellsky, including personnel records and telephony system updates, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- On-Call Duties: assist our on-call after hours staff with emergency shift filling and needs as they arise in correspondence with the Director of Caregiving Experience.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts both via telephone and in the field as needed.
- Office Collaboration: Act as a team player within the office, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, relating to the unique needs of clients and care staff.
- Professionalism: Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions with caregivers and clients, living the company's brand vision, mission, and values.
QUALIFICATIONS- Wellsky Scheduling experince highly saught after!!!
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; two years of scheduling experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, basic office and computer skills, excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with common medical terminology and Wellsky Scheduling System is a plus.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions/Environment Hybrid Schedule
Notes/Special Instruction Must work under the direction of the Director of Caregiver Experience to assure that associates with appropriate skills are assigned to individual clients.
