Description:

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a fully remote team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Shifts include 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM; PM shift preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication to resolve customer inquiries

  • Perform account research and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers

  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency while multitasking across dual screens

  • Demonstrate empathy and patience when handling customer concerns

  • Meet performance expectations in productivity, quality, and attendance

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail/customer-facing roles)

  • Strong communication skills with clear pronunciation and professionalism

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, troubleshooting)

  • Comfortable working with dual monitors and learning new systems

  • Reliable attendance and strong teamwork mindset
