As Donor Services Coordinator, you will support and safeguard organizational revenue through accurate gift processing, recurring donor management, and campaign execution. In this execution-focused role, you will manage day-to-day revenue operations in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and timely tracking across platforms. Working closely with the fundraising team, you will maintain strong quality control and support efficient, reliable revenue processes.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and code gifts in Salesforce NPSP; assign to correct funds, projects, and campaigns
  • Maintain a 48-hour turnaround on gift entry with strong quality control
  • Manage recurring donations; resolve failed transactions within 3 business days
  • Contact donors to update payment info and handle payment issues
  • Process gift cards and recurring adjustments
  • Set up and manage Salesforce campaigns
  • Support Fundraise Up and peer-to-peer platforms; monitor data flow and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Conduct donor research and prepare briefing materials
  • Maintain accurate donor portfolio data
  • Support major donor events and engagement (including thank-you calls)
  • Send acknowledgments and corrections as needed
  • Provide timely operational support across teams
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond/route messages promptly
  • Answer and direct main phone line inquiries
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising operations or development services
  • Proficiency in Salesforce NPSP (or similar CRM), including gift entry, data management, and reporting
  • Experience managing recurring donations
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality control
  • Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets (data manipulation and reconciliation)
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with online donation platforms (e.g., Fundraise Up)
  • Experience supporting peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Finance and Program teams
  • Donor-centric mindset-values the people behind the data
  • High level of accuracy and pride in detail-oriented work
  • Service-oriented approach to supporting internal teams and donors
  • Comfortable working in a lean, remote environment with visible impact
Compensation
  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
  • 100% paid benefits for employee + family
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement plan which fully covers the deductible costs of the medical plan (e.g. up to $5k for individual or $10k for family)
