Requirements:
• 5+ years of SQL Server administration in a high-availability enterprise environment
• Deep experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plan analysis
• Strong T-SQL skills, including stored procedures and complex query troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups, clustering, and HA/DR strategies
• Experience managing mission-critical production databases
• Ability to work independently and drive technical improvements

Responsibilities:
• Own performance tuning efforts across production SQL Server environments
• Analyze and rewrite complex SQL queries to improve efficiency and reduce resource consumption
• Evaluate execution plans, indexing strategies, and server-level configurations to drive performance gains
• Implement and support high availability solutions including AlwaysOn Availability Groups, clustering, and failover strategies
• Troubleshoot production incidents and partner with development teams to resolve root cause issues
• Manage upgrades, patching, and database changes with minimal downtime
• Design, maintain, and test backup and disaster recovery processes
