We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Coding Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting accurate revenue cycle processes and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare & therapy services.

You would be responsible for accurate claim submission, coding review, payment posting, denial follow-up, and insurance communication related to services provided. This role works closely with clinical teams, front office staff, and leadership to ensure clean claims and strong financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Review documentation for billing accuracy and completeness
• Submit insurance claims in a timely manner
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding authorizations, eligibility, and claim status
• Work patient accounts including balances, adjustments, and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and coding guidelines
• Support productivity and revenue cycle reporting needs
• Collaborate with clinic teams to improve billing workflows

What you will need:

• Experience in medical billing and/or coding
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10, as well as healthcare and therapy billing processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
