On The Border - - Responsibilities: Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment; Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine; Keeping the Heart of House clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans; Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures; Able to stand 100% of the shift and lift up to 70lbs
