Parts Delivery Coordinator

Join our team as a Parts Delivery Coordinator where you'll be responsible for delivering products to our professional customers efficiently and safely. You'll also manage C.O.D. transactions and assist with customer returns. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Utilize delivery management devices to process deliveries, obtain customer signatures, log vehicle mileage, and complete daily inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of delivery vehicles, completing inspections before use.
• Secure delivery vehicles and contents, including keys, credit cards, cash collected, and devices.
• Pick up customer returns and accurately complete return documentation.
• Communicate customer needs and issues to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or damage immediately to the store manager.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and secured at the end of each workday.
• Follow company policies for timekeeping.
• Assist with various tasks such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and running errands as needed.
• May provide assistance to customers and process transactions when workload allows.

Qualifications:

• Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to shifting delivery situations.
• Valid state driver's license meeting company standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Skill in operating additional store equipment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
