Acadia Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment (plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repair).; Act as back-up for emergency call person and respond timely.; Follow preventive maintenance schedule and complete reports.; Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, fire alarm system, extinguishers, and lighting as required.; Inspect and maintain plumbing, and repair/refinish furniture as needed.
