Job Summary The Warehouse Organization Specialist is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing warehouse inventory, equipment, and supplies used in daily restoration operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in keeping a clean and well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, tools, and equipment

Label, track, and store materials properly

Ensure restoration equipment is cleaned, dried, and ready for use

Assist with inventory counts and supply restocking

Load and unload equipment and materials as needed

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards

Communicate inventory needs to management

Assist technicians with equipment staging when required

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (not required)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer or inventory system skills a plus

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
