Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finisher's Helper to join our finish shop team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing live edge slabs and mantels to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Assist finishers in finishing live edge slabs and mantels.
- Sand, stain, and finish live edge slabs and mantels to a high standard.
- Help match colors and finishes to customer specifications.
- Prepare live edge slabs and mantels for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and stripping old finishes.
- Assist in repairing and touching up live edge slabs and mantels as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Previous experience in finishing live edge slabs and mantels is preferred.
- Knowledge of different types of woods and finishes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
