Must possess numerous and varied handyman skills for general maintenance of our display homes, our office, and the grounds./ppstrongDuties May Include:/strong/pulliPerforming general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition including but not limited to:/liulliInterior Repairs: sheet rock, drywall, leveling doors, trim work, carpet, cabinets/liliExterior Repairs: shingles, siding, perimeter skirting/liliComplete grounds work as directed which may include mowing, shoveling snow, salting walk-ways, picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas./li/ul/ulpstrongCompensation:/strong/pulliAs a Maintenance Service Technician with Clayton Homes, you will receive an hourly wage of $20.00 - $23.00 depending on experience./li/ulpstrongJob Requirements:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliPositive attitude and customer service skills/liliCommitted to a high level of customer satisfaction/liliNumerous and varied handyman skills/liliThe ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater, etc. (100 lbs.)/liliThe endurance to perform strenuous tasks including crawling, reaching, pulling/liliThe ability to safely climb ladders/liliThe ability to climb steps/liliThe ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow)/liliAbility to excel in and contribute to a team environment/liliMust be reliable and dependable/liliPossess strong organizational and time management skills/liliApplicants are subject to a criminal background check and must pass a pre-employment drug screen/liliAbility to learn and comply with the legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes/liliCooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required/li/ulpWhy Clayton?/ppFull-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
