About the Role

As a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. Your main responsibilities will include efficiently processing shipments and managing inventory for a seamless shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming products, including unloading truck shipments and managing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.

• Replenish sales floor items according to demand and seasonal changes to enhance the shopping experience.

• Engage with customers by offering greetings and assistance with products and services.

• Maintain product protection standards to ensure the safety and security of merchandise.

• Assist in training new hires on store protocols, product knowledge, inventory processes, and best practices as directed by management.

Skills You Possess

Required

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• No prior retail experience is required.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry roles.
