Job Title: Warehouseman / Shear Operator
Location: Texarkana, TX
Pay: $15-17/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Warehouseman/Shear Operator to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This is a full-time, hands-on position operating a metal hydraulic shear and handling general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a metal hydraulic shear to cut steel and metal components to specified lengths
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials
• Accurately read a tape measure and follow cut lists or work orders
• Perform general warehouse tasks including organizing material, staging jobs, and maintaining cleanliness
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Previous experience with metal shears or in a metal warehouse setting is preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record
