Essential Functions: 1Utilizes knowledge, skill and judgment in providing direct and indirect patient care.2Participates in patient/family/staff education.3Provides safe practices in all aspects of patient care activities.4Maintains current knowledge and standards of professional nursing practice. Secondary Functions: 1When assigned and according to hospital policy, will perform observation of patients who are at risk for injury secondary to suicide, falls, or other risk 2All other duties required by Management QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Skills:High School Diploma oBLS upon hire oCPI or COAP within 3 months of Hire oOther experience/technical skills as assigned: Licensure:Certified Nurses Aid preferred Experience:1 year experience preferred
