What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Assist automotive dealerships in Canada with warranty claims from initiation to resolution
• Analyze expense and frequency trends to identify areas for improvement
• Provide timely and accurate solutions during the claim review process
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners through various channels, including phone calls and emails
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while managing customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
• Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience in warranty administration or insurance claims
• Previous automotive dealership experience, particularly in service departments or warranty administration
